Western Mills Double IPA

A new recipe that is a departure from our more malt forward Cornerstone IPA. Western Mills has a simple malt bill resulting in a beer with a thinner body allowing the focus to be on the hops. Speaking of hops, this beer has a lot of them including varieties such as Columbus for littering, Simcoe, Centennial, Citra and Cascade for flavor and aroma. These hops were layered to provide a floral, piney, citrusy aroma and flavor with hints of passion fruit and black licorice. Wester Mills Double IPA will be served in a snifter at the brewpub only, it will NOT be available in kegs for sale or distribution. You will be able to fill a growler but at premium pricing ($15).
