There is no denying that New Zealand hops are the Paul Rudd of the Lupulin family, they've been around seemingly forever, everyone loves them, and no matter how potentially bad, they make everything they are in great. With Southlands, we procured three of our favorite hops from New Zealand that we think complement each other in every possible way, layering in dynamic notes of freshly squeezed pomelo, passion fruit curd, tangerine juice, sauv blanc, aromatic gooseberries, pine needles, lime zest, yuzu oil, lychee jellies, and lightly sugared white grapefruit wedges.Hops: Nelson, Waimea, Dr. Rudi
