Using our house yeast, residing in the Ssiat Foeder, we have meticulously crafted this beer. After over a year of fermentation and aging in virgin American oak foeder, it underwent a secondary fermentation and an additional year of aging with locally sourced Acacia honey. Patiently matured through Korea's four seasons, this beer is a testament to time.
