Our brewgooder collaboration with The White Hag from Ireland & using stone ground wheat from our local “windy miller” – Nigel Moon ofwhissendine windmill - proceeds go to help deliver clean water to villages in Malawi.This spiced wheat beer is inspired by the Malawi national herbarium in the city of zomba – the old colonial capital of Malawi.Delicate yet complex - Zomba pours hazy white with a thick white pillowy head. Incredibly fragrant - This stunning Belgian witbier yeast strain delivers aromas of juicy fruit, skittles, Turkish delight and gentle phenolics. Orange zest and lime character from coriander seed lift the refreshing citrus character and are under-pinned by a subtle lavender flower aroma.The yeast character and botani
