When life gives you loaves, you bake beer! We used un-sold day old sourdough from our mates at Preston's Wild Wood Bakery in the mash for a complex base. The real star of this beer is where we've taken it from there...re-fermenting the beer on 120L of blood orange juice and conditioning on ginger gives this saison a vibrant lift for effervescent summer sippin'.
