This has been an ongoing antagonistic debate between @otherhalfsam and @craftbreezy for quite some time and we decided to drag our friends from Highland Park into this clearly gut wrenching discussion. The shape is right but emotionally it's so wrong. Tell us what you think. Speaking of debates, what's a west coast pils? It's a beautiful style our friends @highlandparkbrewery like to make and Hot Dogs are Tacos is our version of their classic Timbo Pils. The west coast part is the addition of non traditional lager hops like Citra/Mosaic but it still has some Hallertau Mittelfruh holding it to a more traditional base. It's also brewed with a combination of 2-row from the US and floor malted bohemian pils malt from Germany
