Boysenberry Blueberry mead with Black Currant, Maple Syrup and Cinnamon.Our first offering from our "Continental" series which is a breakfast inspired line of meads focused on highlighting a Maple syrup and Cinnamon treatment. Grade A pure Vermont Maple syrup dominates the aromatics on the nose. California Blueberries and Boysenberries lead the way through the palate with a tart yet sweet profile. New York Black Currants provide an acidic, earthy floral finish that meshes with sweet Maple and just a touch of Ceylon Cinnamon. Jammy fruit and Maple aromatics with drying red wine esters.
