Our new recipe is here even though it should have been released earlier, with the Oktoberfest preparations in Chalandri.... unfortunately we didn't make it.Our favorite hop "Ekuanot" was our inspiration. "Ekuanot" (formerly HBC 366) was commercially released in 2014 as "Equinox" by the hop growing company Yakima Valley Hops and was subsequently renamed due to trademark issues. It has strong and unique notes of fruits and citrus such as melon, berry, citron, lime, apple and papaya. "Ekuanot" also contains a spicy, green pepper note.Stinia" is our new recipe with a rich and historical name.
