People's Saison

A cooperative effort combining the labor of local farmers and classic saison production. Brewed in July of 2017, using a large percentage of spelt and raw white wheat. Fermented with rustic saison yeast and a single strain of Brettanomyces in an Italian white wine puncheon. Racked onto 3 pounds per gallon of organic blueberries for a second fermentation. Enjoy this dry, thirst quenching farmhouse saison after a day of berry picking.
