Mellow Gold

Описание

With an all Aussie grain bill of pale malt and rolled wheat, with a good dose of newly developed Dexter Malt from our mates at Voyager Craft Malt, Mellow Gold shines with a soft golden hue and mellow malt base. Paired with some of the best US hops we could muster, this little strong pale sings thanks to generous doses of Strata, Simcoe, Cryo Mosaic, and HBC 522. Mellow Gold sends waves of passionfruit, berries, candied citrus, and some light dank pine into the glass and down your gullet. All these hops are kept in check with a clean, assured bitterness and a smooth dry finish.
