This is our second brew in our Mixmaster’s collab series (Collingwood cocktail edition). The crew over at ends and means have defiantly come through with the goods on this concept for a red IPA, showcasing 60kgs of fresh cherries and fermented on American oak chips soaked in Angels Envy Bourbon. Pouring a stunning crimson ruby red, with intense pine & tropical and tones of cherry on the pallet. Sweet up front and, finishes with a balanced bitterness and slight bourbon and oak tannin.
