TRO 5 Coffee Stout

TRO-5 capitalised on a bit of "surplus" stout that remained after the bulk of the batch had been filled into whiskey barrels for a variety of conditioning experiments. Happily we had a 10HL tank standing ready and Rachel diverted the black stuff into one of them. She used the opportunity to see how the New Kid Coffee beans that we had used for the barrel version might perform as "second runnings" for this surplus 500L. No whiskey barrel conditioning, just straight up coffee stout.
