Wild Ale with Raspberries Aged in Oak BarrelsBottle Release 6/20/25 - $18/500mL BottleThis is a blend of two oak barrel-aged beers rested on a colossal 420 lbs of Oregon raspberries (nearly .5 lb of fruit for each bottle)! The beers bring a bright lemony acidity from our house culture. The result is a jammy fruit flavor and aroma, with balancing acidity from the beer.
