NOW That’s What I Call Fresh Hop Vol. ‘21 showcases Crosby Estate grown El Dorado in all its glory. 30 pounds of fresh cones per barrel were steeped on brew day just a matter of hours after being picked from the farm. Finished off with 7 pounds per barrel of Crosby El Dorado t90 and Hop Hash! Nobody does El Dorado quite like @crosbyhops and we’re thrilled to be (from what we were told) one of only 10 breweries brewing with their fresh El Dorado this year!
