West Coast Hazy - Not to be confused with an NEIPA.With a WCH, we take a hazy IPA recipe and follow the same protocol as a NEIPA but use a West Coast yeast strain. In a traditional NEIPA, the yeast plays a pivotal role in creating fruit characteristics. With a clean Chico strain, it gives a very hop-forward and clean expression of the hops without the fruit characteristics.
