Gotta Catch Them All (Yellow)

Описание

WILD ALE brewed with yeast 07026A. This is XBEERIMENTAL EXCLUSIVE YEAST that was captured in my backyard. With the help of BOOTLEG BIOLOGY, we were able to isolate a couple of strains. Belgian like esters, this beer was built using a Belgian blonde grain bill with a touch of candy sugar added to the boil.
