Cryo the Dragon is our entry into this years Malthouse West Coast IPA challenge. Inspired by everybody’s favourite fun loving, purple dragon and renamed to cryo because of the generous amount of cryo hops we added to the fermenter.Brewed with strata, Idaho 7, simcoe and chinook, paired with a Pilsner malt base to lean it out and let the hops shine through. Packed with flavours of citrus, pine and tropical fruit, along side a clean malt backbone with a bitter dry finish.
