Описание

Staren - Barrel-aged dark wild ale with calamus, sage blossom and alehoofStaren is a beautiful dark wild ale that was aged for 1.5 years on red wine barrels, creating a tart and very complex base. We added a blend of botanicals to forge an extraordinary aroma that perfectly matches the caramel malts. Calamus gives a spicy cinnamon character, while foraged alehoof and sageblossom bring fresh herbal flavours.4.7% ABVCollab with Distant Lands.Exclusively available in UK through Distant Lands.[Batch #1: bottled on 4 SEP 2019]
