Black Raspberry Pale Sour Ale aged in a Wine BarrelBottle Release 7/3/25 - $18/500mL BottleWe infused a unique tart-earthy Sauvignon Blanc barrel of mixed-fermentation sour ale with 120 lbs of Oregon-grown black raspberries. While their contribution (other than color) is similar to standard red raspberries, they do have a slightly more savory contribution which harmonizes with our house culture beautifully!
