This Mead is made with hand-picked blackberries and elderberries from our farm. The honey comes from my parents' farm . This Mead also has some chocolate nibs as an addition . It resulted in a Mead that is a bit spicy and earthy , with a nice alternation of the sourness of the blackberries and the sweetness of the honey. This is a special one, this one has been aged on GIN Barrel oak chips !
