Good Brains

Описание

At Fort George, we have a laboratory. It’s a medium-sized room at the Waterfront Brewery with stuff and people in it where the people do science stuff and then tell us about the results. All while wearing lab coats and eye protection. It’s not very secret. Our brewery ops are kind of an open book, but they do have a secret password. It changes every week and if you don’t know it they won’t let you in. Or out.Anyway, our lab is pretty great. But if you want to see a real secret lab - you’ll have to visit Crosby Hop Farms. Their secret lab is five miles underground, guarded by centaurs, powered by stolen alien technology and they have three secret passwords (and a retina scanner). That’s how they’re able to develop new top secret hops.Good Brains was brewed with assistance from the good people at Crosby Hops for the annual Craft Brewers Conference.Hops: Crosby Comet, Comet CGX,Nelson CGX, HR NelsonMalts: Rahr Pils, WeyermannAcidulatedYeast: WLP001
