Balsem - Barrel-aged wild ale with white peaches and rosemary.Balsem is a delicate, charming beer with soft sour notes, surprisingly subtle for a beer that spent 21 months in a single barrel. Biodynamic white peaches give a warm touch of stone fruit, while a hint of rosemary can be detected in the background.This beer was specially made for our Gelders Gerstenat crowdfunders.Limited edition, only 250 bottles available.[Batch #1: bottled on 30 APR 2020]
