Описание

Elephas maximus indicus, the official animal of Thailand! This beer was inspired by Thai cuisine and brewed with peanuts, thai spices, and hefe yeast. Why is this a black hefe and not a stout? Because the grain bill is a Hefe with some dark grains for color.Banana on the aroma, dry body with a spicy peanut finish!
