Brett IPA.A collaboration beer with Young Master in Hong Kong, brewed as part of Good Beer Week 2019.This beer began as a hop forward juicy IPA fermented in tank, with generous additions of experimental NZ hops. It was then transferred to a second tank where it was inoculated and aged on Brett C for 2 months.It's a juicy, aromatic, refreshing, not overly bitter IPA, with a slight edge of Brett, pushing the fruit hop character down paths only seen in other worlds. A bit strange, a bit fruity. Alien Fruit.
