Singularity: Ravenswood Rye

Before we opened our doors we racked an Imperial Stout into a small format rye whiskey barrel from Journeyman Distillery. After 19 months we decided to finally pull the beer from the oak and serve it untreated. This is a great example of what a barrel can do to a beer over a long period of time.
