With big pleasure we are announcing that we are starting new project at OMB, that is going to be called ”Brewer's Tap” This means every friday will be new beer on tap. As the first one, we are presenting our mighty Bourbon Stout!Our Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout was brewed with a big malt bill and plenty of hop bitterness for balance the roasted barley that imparts notes of dark chocolate. As a finishing touch, the beer was transferred to keg with bourbon barrel dices, and aged before being carbonated. The barrel chips aging gives the beer a spicy, vanilla, coconut character and a pleasant, warming finish.Cheers everyone!!!
