This smoothie-like mixed fermentation ale requires careful handling due to a high proportion of fruit solids in the finished beer: chill to 1ºC before opening; pour immediately into your favourite glassware upon opening.Rich fruit aromas are led by ripe strawberries and fresh chuckleberries, combined with a subtle hint of funk on the nose.
