We brewed this classic west coast Double IPA with Matus otter malt before layering some Danny fresh hops throughout the boil and dry hopping. Nugget, Simcoe, Centennial and Idaho 7 hops create layers of hop resin, coniferous forests and Humboldt county farms.Balanced and super drinkable, the way an IPA should be.
