Peculiar Collider - following on from Curious Innovation is part II of the Wilderness/Derelict Collaboration.We got together late last year and brewed a pale kettle sour beer with 30% big-o (malted oats) to give the beer plenty of body and mouthfeel.We racked this beer into an american oak (ex 4 roses) barrel and left it to age for several months. Finished with a light dose of toasted coconut and fresh pineapple.
