Red Hope is a very new style for us here at Brus. While we have brewed a few red ales before, we have never dry-hopped one before.The base is a fairly normal red ale, but with a touch of crystal malts from the UK. The mashing schedule also leds for incredible head retention.After fermentation, we dry-hopped it with Mosaic.
