Matso’s has matured its Ginger Beer by creating an American-style barley wine infused with ginger, natural spices then aged it on oak staves soaked in dark rum. The American hops, Amarillo and Citra, give the beer a citrus, zesty edge that cuts right through the malty flavour while the English hops (East Kent Goldings) support the spices nicely.
