Pastel Skies

Описание

To see the summer out we decided to brew something fruity and refreshing but with a little more of a complex backbone. We based this beer on a traditional Saison recipe but paired it with 80L of high quality organic strawberry and peach puree before fermenting with a beautifully expressive saison yeast strain. The result is a beer that blends the fresh and pulpy fruit flavours of peach and strawberry upfront before giving way to wonderful yeasty esters of stonefruit, pineapple and bubblegum with subtle undertones of hay, cloves and black pepper.
