Here’s a beer to build a personality around. And if you did, that personality would be called Mountain Culture, and your personality would revolve around still finding adolescent jokes from the early 2000’s very funny. Because at Mountain Culture, we’ve built our personality around innovation and hop combinations that display nature's juiciest gifts in their most pure sense just like in this humble NEIPA.This beer is the culmination of micro experiments into the timing and specific temperature of our dry hop additions attempting to increase haze stability whilst intensifying the juicy fruit character of hops and reducing those pesky earthy notes.
