This beer is all about the mouthfeel... creamy, soft, pillowy thanks to flaked oats, malted wheat, and chit malt. Double dry hopped with Simcoe lupulin, Nelson Sauvin, and Mosaic to impart a nose-in-the-hop-bag green, Sauvignon blanc fruitiness. Look for a touch of vanilla from the Virginia-grown English yeast.
