Vibrancy

Vibrancy is our first Tart Saison. We started by souring the wort in the fermenter then added a pitch of French Saison after the souring process to finish the beer. Towards the end of fermentation we dosed the beer with over one pound per gallon of peaches to compliment the pepperiness of the yeast.
