SKY is heavy hazy New England DIPA brewed with Maris Otter extra pale barley, wheat, oats and fermented out on Verdant yeast. The dry hop bill is a bold combination of Mosaic (US) and Nelson Sauvin NZ). Our resident designer Emily Stevens explores more muted tones and dialed back artwork - which we are calling LAND-SEA-SKY. And as always, we reckon beer and art to be enjoyed in good company, in great locations! Cheers from us at Northern Exposure!
