Our latest double mash imperial stout is super smooth and balanced. Big notes of chocolate and deep roast with a hint of dried fruit, starts sweet, but ends with a nice hint of bitterness.Brewer's notes: after a range of recent stouts with everything from raspberry to coconut to vanilla, we decided to go back to basics with this one. But it tastes anything but basic, rounded roasted notes, with chocolate and fruit, and surprisingly drinkable for an abv of 11%, what's not to like.Ingredients: malted barley, oats, wheat, rye, hops and yeast
