Moderately large cream colored foam with good persistence. Flavor: Hop flavor is moderate to strong, with characteristics of American hops (tropical citrus, flowers, spice, pine, resin, etc.) citrusy hop character. Malt flavors are moderate, exhibiting an initial malt sweetness followed by a moderate caramel flavor. Malt and hop bitterness are balanced and supportive, but can vary in one way or another. Fruity esters are moderate, displaying citrus fruits. Caramel sweetness and hop flavor or bitterness persist through the finish.
