Barrel Aged Eos (Copper Wax)

This Imperial Stout was aged 12 months in a Woodford Reserve barrel and then an additional 7 months in Pips Meadery Raspberry Prestige barrel. After aging, we conditioned the beer on marshmallows, rounding out the ripe raspberry flavor.
