Etobicoke style Pilsener with Saaz and Sorachi Ace hops.Hazy golden pour with a bit of haze. Tight white head. The nose is quite herbal and spicy. A bright lemony hop aroma, freshly cut grass, and a clean lightly biscuity malt base. Assertively bittered but quite refreshing. A little bit bready yeastiness in the palate.
