The Open Hand monument in Chandigarh is a symbol of reconciliation, peace and unity.Our farm may be a world away from Punjab, India, but the corporatization, degradation and loss of farmland are universal issues. As such, we are opening our hands in unity with our fellow farmers.This cider is inspired by the warm cardamom chai lovingly prepared by our family friend during the coldest days of the pandemic.All proceeds will benefit the Kheti Virasat Mission, reconnecting farmers with sustainable and indigenous agriculture practices in Punjab Province.
