Experimental multi-oat/wheat/fonio DIPA. For this recipe, we subbed 20% of the wheat we normally use for fonio. We went quite heavy in the whirlpool and dry hop with a single hop varietal. Big notes of jackfruit, pineapple, candied peaches, passionfruit, sauv blanc, and grapefruit.
