The first one in our series! A basic recipe for Pale Ale, wherei we are experimenting with hop varieties that we love. The beer's flavor is relatively subtle, allowing the Simcoe hops to shine in all their glory: rich fruity aromas reminiscent of citrus, passion fruit, apricot, and also a hint of pine resin!
