We love Le Ketch, and are always stoked when our friend Guillaume pays us a visit. For this IPA, we set out to brew a 6.5% ABV beer with a smooth, textured body, and big tropical vibes. Dry-hopped with loads of @freestylehops - Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, and Maui Nelson Subzero Hop Kief - Confluence has notes of passion fruit, guava, grapefruit pith, and citrus. A perfect early March treat.
