Sumo Zumo

We wanted to try out a new hop to find out how it stacks up to some of our favorites! Zumo is super citrusy, with a lime lean (unique for an American hop since that is usually associated with New Zealand grown hops). We took a keg of New Hop Crop 2024 IPA... fully dry hopped with Citra and Simcoe for next week's release, plus an extra dose of Zumo on Tuesday!
