We’ve taken our base kettle sour recipe, salted it to make a Gose, and added fresh watermelon, lychee and mint purée made in house by our chef. A true summer crusher with crisp body and light acidity. Low bitterness and a classic Berliner Weisse malt bill creates an extremely thirst quenching beer.
