This is NOT a political joke. James Trump is the name of one of our regulars and he loves coconut so much he tells me every day.We refermented a small batch of Milque(our robust milk stout) with the funky brett brux strain and then aged it on toasted coconut and cinnamon stick. So strangely good it might make me smile.
