The first Pear Ice Wine to be made commercially anywhere in the world! Using the same principles of production as the Blenheim Superb, Conference and Comice pears are used to give a rich, sweet juice. The resulting pear wine has a sweet, rich palate with hints of apricot, quince and melon, perfect as an aperitif, or with blue cheese, christmas pudding or even chocolate.
