We really like Cannonball Creek's beers... Like a lot. Their approach to hopping certainly is just as judicious ours, but they like to play with varieties that we just haven't played with before. So we invited Hutch and Johnathan down to play and what they created with us is a lean hops masterpiece. Bitter but not overbearing with an enormous hoppy nose. This was our first time featuring Cashmere in a beer and it's fair to say we like it a lot.
