This beer is the first in our new Single Origin series where we aim to put the spotlight on an amazing coffee we've been enjoying drinking here in the brewery. Our first of this series is from our long-term supplier, Coffee Collective who curate "Kieni" - a washed, Kenyan coffee produced by the Kariuki Cooperative. As their flagship coffee, this blackberry jam monster of a coffee bean reveals in thick berry notes and fruit compote, with an assertive acidity to keep everything in check. Using beer instead of water as the medium to convey this coffee, we aim to provide a whole new means of enjoying Kieni. Cheers!
